Then: 1) Select E-FORMS (The third choice)

And:    2) Select the specific form you need. Depending on the mission you are trying to report your time can be submitted on one of the four forms linked below. Follow the links below for these most commonly used forms.

7030	To report Missions such as PA,, PE, MT, MS, Boat Patrols etc.
7038	To report Conducting Vessel Exams
7046	To report Marine Dealer Visits ( RBSVP)
7029	99 Time - to report all other time not reported on one of the forms above
